Stamped Engineering Corporation was tasked with providing engineering services and support inclusive of electrical engineering and design on an overhead crane. This machine is now in operation at an oil-sands facility in Fort McMurray.

Our team reviewed existing CADD files from the vendor and verified crane information. In addition, our team calculated and confirmed electrical specifications.

As a result of conducting our due diligence, we recommended the client resize their Impulse Crane Controls and Magnetek Braking Resistors. With these changes, we corrected existing CADD files to reflect the new updates and provided stamped drawings from our Lead Electrical Engineer.

Stamped Engineering consulted with the client through each phase of the project and ensured all documentation and materials were delivered in an efficient manner, using our lean engineering processes.
